Wonderful stay near the clock

The hotel sits at a great spot. It is right across from the astronomical clock. We could easily see the clock from our window . The location puts you directly in the square with many restaurants close by. The breakfast was very good, and the coffee machine worked well.
The hotel did not honor the room I reserved. The first room was at the back of the building without the view I requested. I paid extra for the PREMIUM UPGRADE to get a room with a clock tower view, but I did not receive it, and there was no explanation about the lack of service.

This hotel location is excellent. I loved the view of the Astronomical clock. There is convenient access to several dining options near the hotel. The old town attractions are within walking distance, which i appreciated!

Breakfast is in the Mozart cafe, a very nice space. I enjoyed the variety of local and international dishes offered. There were cakes that were wonderful. The dining facility appears to be very clean.

Acceptable stay with some issues

The hotel's location was really great for getting around to see the sights.
I was initially pleased, but then I found the room was not what I expected. I discovered a lot of dust under the bed. It looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. The bathroom was small and the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. It fluctuated between very hot and cold (I nearly scalded myself!).
